Synapsis specializes in providing engineering and technical solutions for the telecommunications, information systems, telecontrol and environmental industries. With offices in Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Bogotá, Colombia and Lima, Peru, Synapsis also has the connections and knowledge resource base to support local utility and power companies with BPL installations.
