FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2005 (OTCBB: VOII) announced today that Corinex Communications Corporation has granted Preferred Distributor status to the Company’s subsidiary, DTNet Technologies. This elite designation came after the companies signed a Distribution Agreement to distribute Corinex’s AnyWire Connectivity® networking products and Corinex’s IP Telephony solutions throughout the United States. Corinex is the leading manufacturer of networking products that transmit data over a premise’s already-existing cable infrastructure (electrical, phone line, and coaxial cables) and via powerline to wireless connections. In-stat/MDR has shown Corinex to be the worldwide leader in the HomePlug® (powerline networking) market, with a 48% market share. Corinex is also dominating other markets such as HPNA3.0, and the new 200Mbps Powerline market, designed to meet future Universal Powerline Alliance (UPA) standards. Leading price to performance IP telephony products such as VoIP Phones, SoftPhones, and VideoPhones, rounds out Corinex’s rich product portfolio. “We are very excited about our partnership with Corinex Communications as they are the market leader in the distribution of voice, video, and data, throughout a premise.
