Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The Opportunity!

We are seeking a full-time receptionist/administrative assistant for our Downtown Vancouver office. Candidate must be outgoing, customer service oriented, responsible, punctual and be able to multi-task. This is an entry level position; if you have the desire to learn, we will train you!

This role will assist and take direction from management leadership.


  • Receive visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the appropriate parties
  • Take messages and escalate as needed
  • Track credit card purchases and receipts
  • Distributes mail, incoming packages and maintains company files
  • Maintain, create, editing/formatting, improving of documents (i.e. WORD documents such as letters, proposals) as requested
  • Maintain common areas, copiers, printers, lunchroom, conference room
  • Check/replenish office supplies as needed
  • Errands to post office, building permit offices, bank, etc. as requested
  • Administrative support and travel arrangements for management
  • Arrange copier maintenance
  • Ship and Track shipments via UPS/courier as required
  • Fax, Scan, Copy, Print, collate materials as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications

  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Outstanding personal organizational skills with the ability to efficiently multi-task
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently with a collaborative mindset.
