
George Reznik is Chief Operating Officer at Corinex, where he leads global operations and execution strategy as the company scales its Broadband-over-Power-Line (BPL) platform for grid digitalization. An entrepreneurial executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience, George has a proven track record of improving operational performance, expanding market share, and guiding technology organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation. His balanced operational and strategic approach helps utilities adopt large-scale infrastructure innovation while maintaining reliability, efficiency, and financial discipline.
Prior to joining Corinex, George held senior leadership roles across publicly traded and high-growth technology companies, including Light AI, Tantalus Systems, Intrinsyc Technologies, and Infowave Software. He previously advised organizations during critical transitions as Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Valuation leader in Canada and the United Kingdom. Earlier in his career, he helped scale Pivotal from $10 million to $140 million USD as Vice President of Finance and later led operations and finance through the strategic acquisition of Intrinsyc by Lantronix.
George is widely recognized for operational excellence and financial leadership. He is a recipient of the BC Public Company CFO of the Year award and serves as Chair of the BC Hi-Tech CFO C-Council. He holds the professional designations of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
