Corinex has joined the UN Global Compact, putting responsible growth at the center of grid digitalization.
What is the UN Global Compact?
The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, which acts as a global framework for responsible business. Companies who participate must align with 10 principles to help advance UN Sustainable Development Goals.
These 10 principles are derived from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption.
Human Rights

People come first at Corinex. We are proud to have earned a Great Place to Work certification for five consecutive years. This recognition reflects our focus on dignity, inclusion, and wellbeing across our teams.
A safe workplace is maintained where harassment, discrimination, bullying, and violence are not tolerated. Clear reporting channels, confidentiality safeguards, and non-retaliation protections ensure concerns can be raised in good faith. These commitments help protect the rights of employees, visitors, and partners.

Respect also extends to the digital environment. Corinex is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 (STN ISO/IEC 27001:2014 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013), independently verified by ELBACERT / IAF / SNAS. This confirms a structured Information Security Management System designed to protect privacy, confidentiality, and the integrity of sensitive information.
Labour
A fair and supportive workplace is a core priority at Corinex. Hiring, collaboration, and development are guided by non-discrimination principles and clear expectations for professional conduct. Employees are encouraged to raise concerns through open communication and constructive feedback loops.

Strong governance supports this culture, which is why Corinex has been certified with EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV PROFiCERT TÜV Hessen. This confirms that we operate under a structured Quality Management System. Clear accountability, continuous improvement, and competence development are embedded in our processes. This strengthens consistency and helps ensure a high standard of service for customers and partners.
Environment
Environmental responsibility is embedded in how Corinex operates and innovates. Operational impacts are measured and reduced over time. This approach includes emissions tracking that informs travel, logistics, and procurement decisions. Continuous improvement goals strengthen sustainability across planning, product strategy, and deployment practices.
Beyond operational footprint, Corinex also tracks the environmental value created through grid digitalization at scale. Global deployments are actively monitored through GridValue, providing a clear view of how many devices are installed across networks and where electrification is accelerating at the grid edge. These insights help utilities plan and operate more efficiently while supporting the integration of low-carbon technologies such as EV chargers, residential batteries, and other flexible loads. The result is measurable progress that delivers business value and supports lower-carbon outcomes.

Corinex’s environmental management approach is further strengthened through the EN ISO 14001:2015 certification, independently verified by TÜV PROFiCERT TÜV Hessen. This confirms that Corinex maintains a structured Environmental Management System focused on compliance, risk control, performance monitoring, and continual improvement.
The scope of this certification covers purchasing, procurement, design, manufacture, and sale of equipment in the field of BPL telecommunication technology. It also includes related services such as training, consulting, and maintenance. This ensures environmental responsibility is integrated into the full value chain.
Anti-Corruption
Integrity shapes how Corinex works and how decisions are made. We hold ourselves to a high standard of integrity in every role, every partnership, and every deployment.
The internal Code of Ethics defines clear standards for avoiding conflicts of interest. Guidance on gifts, hospitality, undue influence, and personal gain supports sound judgement and professional conduct. Confidentiality and privacy policies further protect sensitive information.

Information security adds another layer of accountability. Corinex’s ISO/IEC 27001 certification strengthens governance through structured risk management, access control, auditability, and incident response. These practices help reduce the potential for misuse and reinforce transparency across operations.
Next Steps
This commitment to the UN Global Compact is a promise to lead with values when it matters most.
Corinex will reinforce this approach by putting transparency into practice. In addition to embedding these Ten Principles into how we build, partner, and deliver, we will also be publishing Dycle-supported ESG metrics.
Further updates, including Dycle-backed insights will be shared in 2026.
